This creamy avocado smoothie is packed with delicious ingredients that are great for your health, try it!
- 1 avocado
- 1 frozen ripe banana, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 oz plain full fat yogurt or milk kefir
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
- 1 tsp spirulina or 1 handful of spinach/kale
- A few drops of stevia or a tsp of preferred sweetener (optional)
- Free the sliced and peeled ripe banana.
- Into the blender, add all the ingredients except for the sweetener. And blend until full smooth and creamy.
- You may add extra milk depending on the size of the avocado and the banana.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
