- 200g basmati rice
- 100g frozen peas, defrosted
- 50g toasted flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Cook the rice according to its pack instructions.
- Drain and return into pan the rice then stir in the garam masala and cook over a low heat for 1 min.
- Stir in the flaked almonds, peas and seasoning. Cook for 2-3 mins more, then serve.
