Fruity Smoothie

For those moms who are busy and don’t have much time in making lunches for their kids. This recipe is great for you, just whizz the blender and sip.

Fruity SmoothieIngredients

  1. 1 tsp honey
  2. 6 ice cubes
  3. 1 cup low-fat milk
  4. 1 tbsp wheat germ
  5. 1 cup fruit, frozen or fresh
  6. 1/2 cup natural yoghurt or kefir

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place all ingredients
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour it into glass and serve!

For people who prefer it cold just add some ice cube in the blender, but remember to add more honey so the flavor will come out more! Enjoy drinking your delicious healthy drink!
