This recipe is simple, quick to make yet tasty. Try making this Indian rice recipe!

Indian riceIngredients

  • 200g basmati rice
  • 100g frozen peas, defrosted
  • 50g toasted flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to its pack instructions.
  2. Drain and return into pan the rice then stir in the garam masala and cook over a low heat for 1 min.
  3. Stir in the flaked almonds, peas and seasoning. Cook for 2-3 mins more, then serve.
