Sopas Spaghetti

Your kids will definetly love this milky chicken soup. Perfect to serve on a rainy day, when your ill or just serve for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
  • 2 pc (99 g) hotdog, slliced
  • 1 pc (30 g) small onion, sliced
  • 50 grams carrot, cubed
  • 1/3 cup (85 g) evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp (7 g) salt
  • 1/8 tsp (.375 g) pepper
  • 1 pouch (250 g)DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce
  • 1 pack (175 g) DEL MONTE Spaghetti (Merienda Pack)

Instructions

  1. Saute in 1 tsp oil onion, chicken and carrot for 5 minutes. Add and saute the hotdogs and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta according to its package, drain and reserve 2-1/4 cups pasta broth.
  3. Combine the chicken mixture with the pasta broth and DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce. Let it simmer.
  4. Then add the spaghetti noodles, salt and pepper. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Shrimp in Sour Tamarind Soup

This delicious soup dish is composed of shrimp and mix vegetables. Best serve during rainy days or even anytime of the day!

Ingredients

  • 2 Knorr Shrimp Broth Cubessinigang_na_hipon
  • 1 pack Sinigang Mix
  • 2 pounds Shrimps
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 Long Green Pepper
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes
  • 5-8 pieces Long String Beans
  • 2 pieces Radishes orLabanos,
  • 1 bunch Water Spinach or Kangkong leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce(Patis)
  • 6 – 8 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a deep pan, put together the onion tomato, onion, radishes, shrimp cubes, string beans, water and sinigang mix. Bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat and simmer until the radishes and the string beans are cooked.
  3. Add the shrimp and green pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the water spinach.
  4. Serve hot with rice.

Italian beef stew

This stew is super easy and super healthy with vitamin C. The whole family definetly will enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • sprig rosemary, chopped
  • handful pitted olives
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 300g pack beef stir-fry strips, or use beef steak, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook in a large saucepan the onions and garlic in olive oil for 5 mins until softened and turning golden.
  2. Add the he beef strips, pepper, tomatoes and rosemary, then bring to the simmer.
  3. Simmer until the meat is cooked through for about 15 mins. if needed, add some boiling water. Stir through the olives and serve with mash or polenta.
